Small and medium production runs from your latest design files
We can start with your first batch after validation or take over a product previously made at another facility. We provide SMT and THT assembly and can also procure components. Every repeat order is based on the current design revision.

We take your finished design into repeat production, with every revision under control.
We always start with the latest design files, whoever built the prototype. We then confirm the scope of the first batch.
You are ordering your first production run after prototype validation
The device has passed testing. Now you need a batch for sales, a pilot program, or initial deployments.
You are transferring production from your current manufacturer
We start with the current BOM, Gerber files and Pick and Place file. We review the documentation, then confirm the revision and the cost of setting up your project on our line.
You order repeat batches as demand changes
Order volumes and frequencies may fluctuate throughout the year. Before each batch, we review the latest revision and verify component availability.
Choose the production scope, from PCBA assembly to a finished device.
You can order assembly alone or include component procurement and box building. Before starting, we confirm the scope for the specific revision and batch.
SMT and THT assembly within an ISO 9001:2015-certified process
AOI inspection takes place off-line, on a separate machine. We use off-line X-ray inspection for QFN and BGA packages. Functional testing is performed once the scope is agreed and we have received the tester and instructions.

Box building
We combine the PCBA with the enclosure, wiring and other parts of the device. Before starting, we confirm the required operations and who will supply each material.
PCB manufacturability consultation
We evaluate the finished design from the perspective of our production line and identify potential assembly risks.
Component procurement
We review your BOM and work with a network of more than 18 suppliers. We coordinate component procurement with the assembly schedule.
From project handover to production in five steps.
The first order involves preparing the design for our production line. For subsequent batches, we refer back to the agreed-upon scope and verify what has changed since the last revision.
You send the current design files
We confirm the scope of the first batch
We quote assembly and components
We assemble and inspect the batch
We deliver the batch and prepare for your next order
We work with TECHBIT on electronics manufacturing projects. We value their collaborative approach, the team's commitment and their openness to discussing project needs and assumptions. Our experience of working together has been positive, and we are happy to recommend TECHBIT as a PCBA manufacturing partner.
Compare the scope of support, as well as the assembly price.
Price is only one factor when changing manufacturers. Check how your supplier will handle the first batch, the next revision and growing order volumes.

Questions about small and medium production runs.
There is no one-size-fits-all rule for every project. After reviewing the current files and requirements, we determine whether the initial run at Techbit should take the form of a trial batch or proceed directly to the planned production run.
A prototype is primarily used to verify the design and test for any necessary adjustments before full-scale production. Small or medium-sized batches are produced with the intent of sales, pilot testing, or regular stock replenishment. While changes are still possible, we confirm the current documentation before each production run.
Yes. You can start with a project description and your contact details. The quotation timeframe starts only after we confirm that your documentation, including the BOM, Gerber files and Pick and Place file, is complete.
We do not apply a one-size-fits-all threshold for projects. Cost-effectiveness depends on the complexity of the assembly and the setup costs for a specific batch. If you are considering several different quantities, please include them in your inquiry, and we will compare them in our quote.
The price depends primarily on the assembly technology, the number of operations, components, and the scope of inspection and testing. Box building and batch size also have an impact. The quote always applies to the specified revision and production volume.
Send us the current BOM, Gerber files, and Pick and Place files. Include a brief description of the changes compared to the previous batch. Before starting, we will verify their impact on assembly, components, inspection, price, and lead time.

With consistent volumes, we plan production around your schedule.
If you are planning orders of over 500 units at a time or 500 units per month, check out our high-volume model. In this model, we work according to a set schedule and can serve as your secondary preferred supplier.
