/ who we serve

From the first prototype to series production

We assemble projects at different stages of development. We tailor SMT, THT and inspection to your documentation and planned production volume.

You have the first revision of your board, featuring fine-pitch components or BGAs.

You're assembling a prototype run of 5–20 units, going through multiple revisions (rev A → B → C), and you want to be sure that a dense layout will be assembled correctly.

The design is validated, and you're moving into production.

Looking for a partner who can handle both prototypes and production runs on the same equipment, so you don't have to re-qualify your supplier when scaling up?

You are changing suppliers because your current one is failing on quality or deadlines.

You already have a finished product and a history of issues: delayed deliveries, defects detected too late, or poor communication. We show our FPY, on-time delivery rates, and complaint response times upfront, so you can compare actual data instead of just more promises.

Off-line AOI (Mirtec MV-3U) · off-line X-ray inspection for QFN/BGA (FocalSpot)
THT (through-hole technology)
Manual soldering and selective soldering (ERSA Versaflow)

What do these metrics mean in practice?

We handle 0.5 mm BGA and 0402 as standard: you don't need to split complex board production between two manufacturers.

Off-line AOI on a separate machine: we optically inspect every board to catch assembly defects before they reach you.

We assemble SMT and THT on a single board: you don't have to coordinate two subcontractors or manage transport between them.

We provide quotes for complete file sets in 2 business days: you'll be ready for testing before your demo. Incomplete inquiries take an average of 6 days. The more information you provide upfront, the faster we can quote.

We use the same equipment for prototypes and production runs: you don't need to re-qualify your supplier when scaling up volume.

Check if your project is ready for assembly quoting

A quick checklist so you don't wait 2 days for a quote on a project we cannot yet fully support.
checkmark

You have the complete production documentation

For a quote, we need the BOM, Gerber files, and Pick and Place data. You can send an inquiry earlier, but the turnaround time for the quote starts only after we confirm the complete set of files.

The project fits within our line scope or has exceptions described

Compare components, pitch, and board dimensions with the provided parameters. If your design includes unusual package combinations or requires additional inspection, please describe it in the form.

checkmark

You have a defined inspection scope

We perform AOI off-line, on a separate machine, and use off-line X-ray inspection for QFN and BGA packages. We do not have SPI. If your contract requires a different inspection method, we will determine the scope before providing a quote.

Requirements that we review individually

We discuss unusual package combinations and contracts with formal SPI requirements individually before providing a quote.

Questions about SMT and THT assembly

Check the requirements before submitting your project.

What files should I prepare for an assembly quote?

Prepare a BOM, Gerber files, and Pick and Place files. In your inquiry, include the planned production volume and inspection requirements. You can reach out earlier, but the turnaround time for the quote only begins once we have confirmed that the documentation is complete.

Do you assemble both SMT and THT on the same board?

Yes. We handle boards that combine surface-mount and through-hole components. We perform SMT assembly on Hanwha Decan S1 and Decan L1 pick-and-place machines, and THT soldering manually and selectively on an ERSA Versaflow machine.

Is a project with 03015 components or a 0.4 mm pitch suitable for assembly?

We place 0201 and 01005 components as standard. Assembly of 03015 components depends on the project. We support a 0.5 mm pitch, while a 0.4 mm pitch requires additional validation. We confirm that the design fits our production capabilities before providing a quote.

How do you check assembly quality and BGA connections?

We perform AOI off-line, on a separate machine, and use off-line X-ray inspection for QFN and BGA packages. We do not have SPI. If your project requires a different inspection method, we will determine the feasibility before preparing the quote.

Does the 2-business-day turnaround apply to the quote or production?

This refers to the quote preparation time after the complete documentation has been confirmed. It does not mean the assembly will be completed in 2 days. Simply sending the form does not start this timeframe if any files or information required for the quote are missing.

Can you repair or modify already assembled boards?

Yes, we perform agreed-upon rework, including component replacement, solder repairs, and modifications to finished boards. Some of this work may be carried out by our partner, Tradebit. If this applies to your order, we will inform you of their involvement.

Send your project today. Get a quote on your desk in 2 days.

The longer your project sits with a supplier who doesn't respond, the more that silence costs you. Start with a quote and see what it's like to work with a manufacturer that actually picks up the phone.

THT / Through-hole assembly

THT (through-hole technology) involves placing components into PCB holes: connectors, power components, and mechanical parts that require a robust connection. We perform this on the same board as SMT assembly, so you can have your mixed SMD and THT project assembled in one place. THT soldering is carried out manually and selectively on an ERSA Versaflow machine.

PCB Rework / Repair

We also improve and modify finished, already assembled boards: component replacement, solder correction, and modifications for new revisions. We use the same techniques as for assembly. Some orders are fulfilled with our partner Tradebit, an external subcontractor we work with on rework; if they are involved in your project, we will let you know upfront.

We perform SMT assembly on modern production lines equipped with Hanwha Decan S1 and Decan L1 pick-and-place machines. We place 0201 and 01005 components as standard, and 03015 components depending on the project. We handle BGA, QFN and fine-pitch devices, large ICs and connectors, and boards up to 460 × 380 mm. The scope may include off-line AOI, off-line X-ray inspection for QFN and BGA packages, and agreed rework. THT soldering is carried out manually and selectively on an ERSA Versaflow machine.
